These terms apply to your use of the BitwbiPro iOS app ("the app"). By using the app you agree to them. The app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
What the app is
BitwbiPro is an information and study tool. It shows reference prices and market data for crypto assets, lets you compare assets as ratios, and lets you record buys and sells on a desk kept on your device.
The desk
Desk cash and the coins shown on the desk are entries inside the app on your device. They have no monetary value, cannot be deposited, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for anything, and are not held by us or anyone else. No order entered in the app is sent to an exchange or broker, and nothing is bought, sold or held on your behalf.
Market data
Prices, market figures, price history and coin images are provided by CoinGecko through its API and remain the property of CoinGecko and its licensors. The data is provided as is. It can differ from prices on any particular exchange, can be delayed, and can occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. When the app cannot reach the data source, it may show saved or clearly labelled sample figures.
You agree to use the data only for personal, non-commercial purposes within the app and not to copy, resell or redistribute it. CoinGecko is not responsible for the app or for any use you make of the data, and neither CoinGecko nor we accept liability for errors or delays in it.
No advice
Nothing in the app, including its articles, statistics, tools and results, is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Decisions you make outside the app are your own.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. The current version is published on this page.
