How often do prices update?
About once a minute while the app is open. Pull down on Home or Market to ask for fresh prices sooner.
A chart says "Sample path". Why?
The app could not load price history at that moment, usually because of a weak connection. Check the connection and open the chart again.
When does a limit order fill?
A limit order fills at your limit price once the reference price reaches it. Checks run when prices refresh while the app is open. You can cancel an open order by tapping it in the Orders tab.
What does "Gold" mean on the Ratios tab?
Gold uses PAX Gold (PAXG), a token that represents one troy ounce of gold, and silver uses Kinesis Silver (KAG). Ratios such as BTC / PAXG therefore read as ounces of gold per bitcoin.
How do I start the desk again?
Tap Reset on the Desk tab and choose the starting amount of desk cash.
How do I delete my data?
Everything the app stores stays on your iPhone. Deleting the app removes it.
