This policy explains how the BitwbiPro iOS app ("the app") handles information. The app is published by its developer ("we", "us").
Information stored on your device
The app keeps the following on your iPhone only: your desk (desk cash, holdings, orders and the performance line), your saved ratio pairs, your favorite coins, recent searches and display preferences. This information is not sent to us, and we have no way to see it.
Deleting the app removes this information. You can also clear the desk at any time with Reset on the Desk tab.
No account, no tracking
The app does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, location or device identifiers. It does not include advertising, analytics or tracking software, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Market data requests
To show prices, charts and coin logos, the app requests public market data from the CoinGecko API (api.coingecko.com) and logo images from CoinGecko's image servers. These requests contain the coins and time ranges being viewed, not personal information. As with any internet request, CoinGecko receives your device's IP address; its handling of that information is described in CoinGecko's privacy policy.
Contacting support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, and use them only to reply. You can ask us to delete that correspondence at any time.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If the way the app handles information changes, we will update this page and the date above.
